Then 3 Rounds of:
21 Air Squats
15 box jumps
9 strict pull ups
Complete 30 Alternating pistols as "buy out"


Challenge: complete 3 sets for quality not time
A) L-sit OR weighted plank 45/25#
B) 5 skin the cats
C) hollow hold
