 30 Sec Mountain Climbers (knee must be up to/or beyond elbow and foot touches ground to make rep count) 
30 Sec Rest 
30 Sec Lateral Jumps Over Barbell 
30 Sec Rest 
30 Sec Floor Wipers 115/75 30 Sec Rest 
30 Sec Side Plank (switch sides each round) 

Challenge: Bench Press 5X5 (same load each set)
