WOD:

Cleans 95/135
Ring Dips

Challenge: warm up reps with
10 hang cleans with empty bar
10 hang cleans @ 65/95 lbs
Max hang cleans @ 95/135 No more then a 2 sec pause/ If bar touch’s ground your done.
Note: Load should be with a weight that the athlete will get at least 15 reps.
