Jeremy and Justine's anniversary partner WOD
10 Min Amrap
one partner will row while the other does box jumps, you may not switch until the other partner is done.
10 Cal Row
15 Box Jumps
Then Immediately Followed by
3 Min Max rep Back Squats partner 1, 60% of challenge (set up on rack if needed!)
1 min rest
3 Min Max rep Back Squats partner 2, 60% of challenge 
 
Challenge:  
Back Squat EMOM
Min 1 – 1 rep 50%
Min 2- 1 rep 60%
Min 3 – 1 rep 70%
Min 4 – 1 rep 80%
Every 2 min
Min 6 – 1 rep 85%
Min 8 – 1 rep 90-95% (this should be close, but not 100% maximal effort. Be realistic with load to get a successful rep) Note: If you fail, that counts as a rep.
