Complete AMRAP in 3 Min

Challenge:  Every 2 min. for 10 min. (5 sets)  Max strict pull ups (pull ups must be unbroken, so no pausing) IF using Band, use lightest band possible aiming for no less than 5 reps each set. Or use no band and complete 5 negatives as slow as possible.
