18 min EMOM
Min 1 (5-10 strict pull ups)
Min 2 ( 10-15 burpee's)
Min 3 (15-20 wall balls)20lbs/14lbs. 10'/9'

Note. The 5-10 means you will be trying to do 5 to 10 pull ups on that min. Scale reps as needed to complete reps each min.
