9 Bar MU (sub 9 Ring Dips and 9 Chest to Bar pull Ups, or 9 Ring Dips and 9 regular Pull Ups)
21 Box Jump  30/24” (please use taller box than normal. If you do step ups. Step up on a taller box than usual!)
