10 burpee box jump overs (No hip extension, both feet touch top of box)
20 sit ups
30 hang cleans 95/65
400m run

Challenge:
1 min burpees
1 min rest
1 min burpees
(as many burpees as possible, challenge yourself and try and match your first round)
