Challenge: 12 Min EMOM w/ Partner
Min 1 - Rope Climb (each) Sub 16 Strict Pull Ups (make chest 2 bar if possible)
Min 2 - Forward Plank (Entire Minute)
Min 3 - Side Plank (Entire Minute) Switch Sides after 30 Second
