Break Up as However You Wish
100 Ball Slams (Going for ROM, choose appropriate weight for movement, elbows should be stable and extended at top for a full lock out:)
100 Air Squats
100 Push Ups (no palm flash, chest touches)
100 Lunges w/ Ball (hold how you wish)
Challenge: Front Squat 5X3 (around 70% 1 rep)
