400m run
21 pull ups
400m run
15 pull ups
400m run
9 pull ups

Work muscle up progression
A) 5 rounds
   5 strict ring dips
   5 strict pull ups
B)If A is easy to do with NO BANDS
   5x5 banded Muscle ups from a low set of rings.
   *athlete will not touch the ground for all 5 reps, If so do A!
C) If B is easy
   7 Strict Muscle ups for quality!
