40 Cal Row Buy In Then:

10 Pull Ups
10 Push Ups
10 Sit Ups
40 Air Squats

Challenge:  Week 1 - Back Squat 4X5 @ 70% rest no more than 2 minutes.
NOTE: Using % of Rep tested last week. 7 Week Squat Cycle. Following our 1RM Test previous monday
