10X3 Hang squat snatch with 2 sec pause in the receiving position (scale hang power snatch to overhead squat 2 sec pause at bottom of squat)
*penalty for 4 failed attempts 30 burpee’s,
*penalty for 8 failed attempts 100 burpee’s
