2 front rack lunges 95/65 (L1 walking lunges)
20 DU’s (40 singles)
4 front rack lunges

10 front rack lunges…..add 2 reps each round

Challenge:
5 rounds
30 sec superman (tight arch, feet together thumbs to sky)
30 sec hollow hold (lumbar in contact with ground)
