Challenge: 8X1 Working Up to today's 1 Rep Squat Snatch. No more than 3 fails. (better to build GOOD CNS recruitment and be consistent.)

L1:
15 Min Amrap- 5 Hang Power Snatches, 7 Seated DB press, 30 Sec Plank.
