Challenge: 
With a partner. Accumulate as many over the Shoulders with a Heavy Slam ball in 6 Minutes

L2/L1 - 16 Min AMRAP W/slam ball
200m Run w/ Ball
20 Ball Slams
20 Russian Twists
20 Weighed Thrusters (l1 front squats OK)
20 Weighted Sit Ups

*use the same slam ball for the entire WOD
