Challenge: Eccentric Front Squat 4X3  65% 1RM (lower slow and controlled to the bottom position then drive up!)

50 Du’s ( sub 15 Du’s 70 singles for athletes that have Du’s but not 50! or 100 singles)
16 jumping lunges
30 sec rest

10 min AMRAP
250m row
20 lateral line jumps (feet together jump back and forth over a line, lateral or linear)
10 Lunges
