Challenge: 4x3 Push Press ( No double Knee Bend, Heel stuck on Floor. Think press, not jump. No exception). . If you are unable to press from slight dip correctly, do a strict press in substitution. Complete 10-15 Back Extensions Between Sets (technically the Hip ex. Note when I say back ex, spine stays flat.)
