7X2 squat snatch from position 2 (Just above the knee)
* snatch grip, deadlift the bar to hips, pinch shoulder blades together, bring bar down to position 2, then lift. 2 rep, bring bar back to position 2 from overhead. Add load if form allows, NO FAILING REPS! But challenge yourself! Love coach Alex
