2 pull ups (L1 sub banded pull ups or ring rows)

2 push ups
20 sec plank
4 pull ups
4 sit ups
4 push ups
20 sec plank
6 pull ups
6 sit ups
6 push ups
20 sec plank
8 pull ups…….ect.

*add 2 reps each round, plank stays at 20 sec.
