Max nose to wall Handstand hold.
*scale with other handstand variations
(we did this last week as well, we will be doing this once more the following week, try to best your score or match it!)

5 pull ups
10 push ups
15 air squats
Rest 2 min
2 min max push ups
Score rounds and max reps on push ups separately

10 min AMRAP
5 ring rows
10 knee push ups
15 air squats
2 min rest
2 min max sit ups
