Find a hill and alternate, running and jogging up it 10 times.
(5 running, 5 Jogging)
10 high plank burpees after each jog.

  3. About a mile walk on the beach, 6 burpees (so sore from air squats I cut it short), subbed 10 crunches, 20 bicycles, 10 v-ups.

  4. Didn’t time the run but ran/jogged 10 total up a hill and plank burpees after each jog. Plus a modified version of the Comptrain 15 min AMRAP at the middle school: 9 jumping pull ups, 15 push ups, 21 glute bridges. 11 rounds + 13
