Didn’t time the run but ran/jogged 10 total up a hill and plank burpees after each jog. Plus a modified version of the Comptrain 15 min AMRAP at the middle school: 9 jumping pull ups, 15 push ups, 21 glute bridges. 11 rounds + 13
