  2. This was a fun one and got to do it a little earlier in the sunshine! :)
    17:24 with a makeshift scaled pull-up bar on the TRX from seated position, 20# for p cleans & p jerks
    Also did the Body Armor tabata in the Comptrain email.

  4. Didn't get to this one until after dark, so I subbed rows for the runs (500's for the 400's and 1000 for the 800). Did strict pull-ups and an odd-object for the weighted movements. 17:21
