ReplyDeleteTotal 13+10. First 10 minutes: 7+3 with 18# pack. Second 10 min: 6+7. Pull ups were jumping w/slow negative.
ReplyDelete9 sets w/ 30# DBs. All bodyweight,no pack/vest. Did it with my kids! ;)
