  4. Today is Monday April 20. That's right, I'm doing last Friday's wod. Completed 4 rounds plus 36 reps. 8# db (5+3 is all I can hold at the same time.) 2x'd du reps for single unders (60,120,180,240,ended on 36.) '70's rock on spotify. Yeah, that's right I figured out how to stream tunage on my tab. Didn't expect the monkees to play. I'll try something else next time.
