7 Single Arm Alternating DB Power Snatches
7 Burpees

  2. Failed on first 2 trys. Dropped to 5 reps - failed on 7th round. 6# thruster, 5# snatch, switched to squat thrusts on round 3. Wrapped up w/ 20 ab wheels + 20 pushups.

  3. I scaled the same as Kathleen - starting with rounds of 5 with a 15# db
    12 full rounds + 19 reps (of round 8)
