11:22 using 51.5# barbell for thrusters, half blue band, half box assist for pull ups. Body armor: Bulg split squats w/25# in each hand, got spicy at the end!
Yes it's Wednesday, but I did this tonight. Used jack-stands as DB's. Did Rx strict pull-ups. 7:30
