The 50's
Partner WOD
Both partners complete 1000m row or 800m run
Then 1 partner moves and the other rests to complete 50 reps of:
Burpees
Air squats
Hollow rocks
Push-ups

    Ran 800m, then 25 of each with no rest. Next is homemade pizza and chocolate cake - Chris’ bday is tomorrow and we are “celebrating” tonight!

  4. Sunday, May 17. 13:25. Single partner - 25 reps per movement, start and end with 1 mile bike ride. Rhubarb blueberry crisp carb load yesterday. Now it's gone. Anyone want rhubarb? I'm up to my neck in it. I will keep asking until it is gone
