40 Single Dumbbell Step-Back Lunges
30 Single Dumbbell Alternating Power Snatches
20 Burpees

  1. DU's were not my thing today. I straight-setted only 1 set of them. Blah! Subbed a jack-stand for a DB and C+J's for the snatches. 28:49. Thanks, Kathleen!

  2. I subbed 40 singles for 20 DU each time. 15# DB. 24:22. Thanks for another stellar workout Justine!

  3. 28:29 - 15# dB, scaled to 5 DUs and tacked on 20 extra at the end for practice

  4. Monday (Murphday for some of you) May 25. 'Gone in 60 seconds' done in 36:25. 5# db, 40 singles per minute. Just kept getting slower. I'll be back at the end of the week.
