  1. Kathleen and I did this partner style. Traded off after 400-m on the 1600's and 800's and 200-m on the 400's. When one of us ran, the other did an AMRAP of thrusters. Traded off after 5 burpees. Finished in 47:59. We also each completed a solo round (half the meters/reps and no thrusters). I didn't time my solo round.

  2. I slept in and am not supposed to try running quite yet, so I did the “Breonna Taylor” instead in 11:53 w/20# dbs:
    26 deadlifts
    26 hang power cleans
    26 squats
    26 shoulder to overhead
    EMOM - 6 burpees
