  1. Wanted to work on DU's, and core work always sounds fun, so I did Annie. 9:01. Not a PR, but my timing on my DU's was better toward the end.

  2. about a mile on the beach then flew my parasail stunter for a half hour. Supper with Stormy Weather on TCM.
